We operate a website www.vtlblansko.cz
For the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form
If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the enquiry form. They are: First Name, Surname, Address, Email and Phone Number

We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services
On what legal ground?
This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — negotiation of a contract or execution of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no more than 24 months from the date of our last communication.
Processing of personal data in case of denial of our services
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, email and telephone
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract — to deliver our goods or services to you. Through the contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly to handle complaints and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — performance of the contract and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR — fulfilment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the period of performance of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
Newsletters (business communications)
If you are a shopping customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so when making a purchase, we will use your email address to distribute our newsletter.
On what legal ground?
This allows us to do so under Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you have not prohibited us from doing so when purchasing.
How long will we process personal data?
10 years since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via e-mail or contact us by e-mail: info@vtlblansko.cz
Who gets access to the data?
Your data will remain with us only.
We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.
